Purchasing & Deposit Info

We require a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve a puppy of your choice. The deposit is deducted off the entire balance total. We do not accept deposits for unborn puppies. Once the puppies are born, we will allow you to choose your
puppy and pay their deposit. This will always be a first come first serve basis as far as deposits go. To be fair to all of our interested buyers- 

WE WILL NOT HOLD A PUPPY FOR YOU WITHOUT A DEPOSIT BEING MADE. NO EXCEPTIONS.  A PUPPY IS CONSIDERED AVAILABLE UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. AS OF JANUARY 1st, 2023 WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING PAYPAL FOR DEPOSITS. We will accept Cash, personal check, Venmo or Zelle only for initial deposits.  All final balances must be paid in cash upon pickup of your puppy at 8 weeks. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE if you change your mind, but if something unforeseen were to happen to your puppy while in our care, then in that circumstance you would have the choice of an immediate refund or choose to move your deposit to a future litter. Your Puppy must be paid in full before leaving. When the puppy is ready for their new home and BUYER has ignored communication with me, or refused contact to make pickup arrangements with me by the puppies 8 week Vet appointment., DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. Puppies will leave our home no sooner than 8 weeks if being picked up, and no later than 10 weeks if you're getting a flight here to travel home with your puppy by plane. Prior arrangements must be made with me if we are holding a puppy past the 8 week mark. ****NO CHECKS, PAYPAL\VENMO\ZELLE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FINAL BALANCES , CASH ONLY AT PICKUP****IF YOU BRING ANYTHING OTHER THAN CASH ON PICKUP DAY, WE’RE SORRY BUT YOUR PUPPY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO HOME WITH YOU THAT DAY. WE’VE HAD BUYERS DO THIS TOO MANY TIMES, WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO EVERYONE SO THERE ISN'T ANY LAST MINUTE CONFUSION REGARDING OUR PAYMENT POLICY****PLEASE SIGN AND EMAIL A COPY OF OUR DEPOSIT AGREEMENT BELOW AT THE TIME OF DEPOSIT. YOUR RECEIPT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER DEPOSIT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
